Wii U Racing Games

There are several Wii U racing games for your boys to enjoy.Sonic All Star Racing, Need for Speed : Most Wanted and Hot Wheels World's Best Driver.

The latest Wii U racing game is Hot Wheels World's Best Driver - Wii U Standard Edition, 24 customizable
vehicles including classic Hot Wheels designs such as the Ripper, the Twin Mill and the Boneshaker. You get to go behind the curtain and unlock the secrets of the Hot Wheels Test Facility, an ever-changing hub world where players can practice their skills before showtime on the circuit

Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed Bonus Edition - Nintendo Wii U is probably the best multi user game out for the Wii U at the moment. Up to five people can race at one time. This is not Mario Kart but it is a pretty darn good racing game. It is definitely worth the price.

The stages are incredible and some of them change to accommodate the "Transformed" idea of the game...some of the courses change by lap! Great music and smooth graphics . There is a good selection of lovable characters to choose from.

One of my favorite features--the multiplayer mode using the game pad. Separate screens is amazing since you never get distracted by a split screen, nor does the game pad lose a ton of the graphic value. Plus, the game pad enables you to play with 5 players, opposed to the traditional 4.

Then we have Need for Speed Most Wanted U - Nintendo Wii U  you'll need to outrun the cops, out drive your friends, and outsmart your rivals. With a relentless police force gunning to take you down, you'll need to make split second decisions. Use the open world to your advantage to find hiding spots, hit jumps and earn new vehicles to keep you one step ahead.

Best Wii U Racing game for Boys

Sonic All Star Racing Transformed is the best Wii U racing game for boys and it is a game the whole family can enjoy, racing with 5 players is so much fun on the Wii U game pad and console.
The graphics and the music are great with the Wii U and so is the audio, there are tons of race tracks to choose from.

This game is surprisingly difficult as well, even for standard mode. This is no ordinary race, each character is equipped with their own unique vehicle that can transform into a car, boat and plane to take advantage of the changing terrains. Each vehicle handles differently and players must master all three to triumph.

SONIC ALL STAR RACING REVIEW

Graphics are top notch, the gamepad works as a fantastic controller that is comfortable for this game and also displays a map on the touchscreen. Great classic soundtrack with music taken from Sega's various franchises like Sonic, Afterburner, Golden Axe, House of the Dead, and much more.

Skylanders Giants Wii U Review

The best Wii U game for boys is Skylanders Giants, it will keep your boys amused for hours This game is the ultimate battle to bring the Skylanders back to earth.

If you are new to the Skylander family, then I would recommend the Skylanders starters pack.

The Starter Pack includes the Skylanders Giants video game with plenty of other cool items, like a Portal of Power, three Skylanders figures, a character collector poster, three sticker sheets with secret codes and three trading cards.

The starter kit includes one giant figure (Tree Rex) and two regular figures (Jet-Vac and Cynder). These are enough to get started. The figures each come as one of eight "elements", and areas of the game are "locked" unless you have a figure of the correct element to unlock them. There are also areas that require a giant figure to access. Therefore, to access all areas in the main game, you'll need at least eight figures including one giant.

SKYLANDER GIANTS WII U REVIEW

Skylanders is a third-person action-adventure game with some role-playing (RPG) and puzzle elements. The game offers some "soft" challenges that are appropriate for young children--nothing in the game is "difficult", but there are puzzles and games of skill that will require some thinking for your kids in addition to the straight-forward action combat of the game world.

The key thing to understand about Skylanders is that the game contains a huge number of characters you can play as, but in order to play as them you must actually have the physical model of the character in hand. Those physical models cost 9.99 for the regular characters, 11.99 for the "lightcore" characters and 14.99 for the giant characters. If you wanted to "collect them all", it would cost you hundreds of dollars! Keep this in mind! These action figures enter the game world through the use of a physical pedestal attached by a USB cable to your game system (called the "Portal"), which glows various soft colors. Simply placing a Skylander figure on the Portal makes it enter the game. The figures have glowing bases when on the pedestal (and the giants and lightcore characters actually have glowing parts).
